2  From the pole position of the ${{\mathit K}}{{\mathit \pi}}$ vector form factor using EPIFANOV 2007 and constraints from ${{\mathit K}_{{{l3}}}}$ decays in ANTONELLI 2010.
3  From the pole position of the ${{\mathit K}}{{\mathit \pi}}$ vector form factor in the complex $\mathit s$-plane and using EPIFANOV 2007 data.
4  Systematic uncertainties not estimated.
5  Reanalysis of EPIFANOV 2007 using resonance chiral theory.
