FAN 2023 report the most accurate measurement of the electron magnetic moment. A one-electron quantum cyclotron is used. We do not propagate at the moment this measurement to the fine structure and other physical constants. When discrepancies in the independent determinations of alpha are resolved, the new measurement uncertainty of 0.13 ppt is available for precise tests for BSM physics.

This VANDYCK 1987 reault is for a positron. We do not take it into account for the average to avoid the assumption of CPT invariance.
