2  Based on time-dependent analysis of ${{\mathit B}_{{{s}}}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit D}_{{{s}}}^{-}}{{\mathit \pi}^{+}}$ in kinematic range 4 $<$ $p_T$ $<$ 30 GeV/c and 2.5 $<\eta $ $<$ 4.5.
