${{\mathit \Xi}{(2250)}}$ $I(J^P)$ = $1/2(?^{?})$ J, P need confirmation.
The evidence for this state is mixed.
BARTSCH 1969 sees a bump of not much statistical significance in ${{\mathit \Lambda}}{{\overline{\mathit K}}}{{\mathit \pi}}$, ${{\mathit \Sigma}}{{\overline{\mathit K}}}{{\mathit \pi}}$, and ${{\mathit \Xi}}{{\mathit \pi}}{{\mathit \pi}}$ mass spectra.
GOLDWASSER 1970 sees a narrower bump in ${{\mathit \Xi}}{{\mathit \pi}}{{\mathit \pi}}$ at a higher mass. Not seen by
HASSALL 1981 with 45 events/$\mu {\mathrm {b}}$ at 6.5 ${\mathrm {GeV/}}\mathit c$. Seen by
JENKINS 1983. Perhaps seen by
BIAGI 1987.
