${{\mathit K}_{{{1}}}{(1400)}}$ $I(J^P)$ = $1/2(1^{+})$ 

${{\mathit K}_{{{1}}}{(1400)}}$ MASS   $1403 \pm7$ MeV 
${{\mathit K}_{{{1}}}{(1400)}}$ WIDTH   $174 \pm13$ MeV (S = 1.6)
${\mathit D}{\mathrm -wave}/{\mathit S}{\mathrm -wave}$ RATIO FOR ${{\mathit K}_{{{1}}}{(1400)}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit K}^{*}{(892)}}{{\mathit \pi}}$   $0.04 \pm0.01$  
$\Gamma_{1}$ ${{\mathit K}^{*}{(892)}}{{\mathit \pi}}$  $(94\pm{6})\%$ 402
